I can’t believe I’m saying this, but this was decent. I think maybe it’s because Anastasia finally started standing up to Christian and quit acting like such a doormat. Nope. Just can't do it. I got to page 146 and realised that I was wasting precious minutes of my life trying to read this. Maybe it's because it is just a homogenised continuation of the previous two books? Who knows.
Annoying things at this point: the protagonists calling each other "Mrs Grey" and "my Fifty" far too many times. Nauseating.
Ana making some feeble attempts at clawing back some independence (riding a jet ski) and punished verbally and physically by her "control freak" husband.
