I don't know why this book got such horrid reviews. I actually was intrigued by it and thought it was a good read. The character needed to take care of herself before she could help care for someone else, I don't know why that's so hard to contemplate for some. Anyhow, I'm glad I didn't listen to the naysayers, good read, 4 Stars.

While I enjoyed the book while reading it, the end left me a little flat. The characters are well written and their situations kept me guessing as to what would happen next, but I ended up not caring about the main character. She could have been a little stronger and the resolution a little more creative.
I gave up on this book once.
