An immensely enjoyable book. The atmospheric opening had me engaged from the very beginning and continued to hold my attention throughout. The main character, Lia, was extremely likeable and convincing character. The plot was well constructed and contains some surprising twists and turns which kept me engaged. Coupled with a lively narrative this book has all the elements that a good YA novel should have. I'm very much looking forward to the sequel. ...more
