Shelves: cozy-mysteries

I think I'll go 4.5 on this one. I loved everything about it - the setting, the characters, the baking and holiday tips, etc. I really liked Sophie and can't wait to see where the romance with Detective Wolf goes. My only minor complaint was there were almost too many threads in the mystery; lots of characters (which weren't too hard to keep track of) and more than one 'baddie.'

I will definitely read more in this series and soon! ...more

This is the first in this series of cozy mysteries set in northern Virginia featuring Sophie, who is an event plannter and cook. It is a good cozy mystery, and has lots of red herrings. (view spoiler) ...more
