What Members Thought
This was my first Susan Mallery novel and honestly, my expectations were sort of low - I thought this would be a Harlequinesque romance, and those just aren't my thing. But, the beautiful cover, and the blurb on the jacket cover made me decide to give the book a try. I was so pleasantly surprised! Sure, there was some romance, but it was a nice, "I hope it happens" kind of romance. Ms. Mallery has a way with dialogue and weaves a good, compelling story.
