I thought it was a little far-fetched. This book is about how a woman is kept from the knowledge that she successfully gave birth to a set of twins. Instead she was told the girl twin died at birth. The baby girl,however, was secretly taken away to lead a life away from her birth family (this was because the father noticed the baby had Down's Syndrome). This is so poetically written. It really pulls the reader in. I love it. The plot is not exciting, but it is quite poignant and emotionally deep. I was immediately pulled in and didn't want to put the book down. I was emotioanlly and spiritually touched by the story. I quickly bonded with all the characters and was sad to see them go in the end.

for our book club it provided lots of disscusion since we are all moms with kids. would recommend
