What Members Thought

A series of essays about how the author and his friends have grown in their christian faith. It took me awhile to get into the style of the book becuase the chapters don't really flow into each other. I do like the fact that he is really about loving everyone no matter what they believe which is something I try to do in my life. I like Donald Miller. he is real. He loves people and struggles with some of the same issues that I do. He likes hippies and likes gay people. He loves the "down and out" like jesus, but like me he has a dificult time loving the majority of religious people. That is somthing I have been working on for a about a year or so. Hmm yeah. It was good!!! read it...I think I am going to read through painted deserts next...but I need to borrow it...hmmm well later

Loved this book. When I finished it, I read it again. Humerous, easy to read with a stealthy depth.
2012- Just read this for the third time. This feels like light reading as you reading but the thoughts that are initiated are not light. I still found this entertaining and challenging on the third read.
