What Members Thought
Rutherfurd is a favorite author. The history is well-researched and the fiction is nicely woven into the history.
Overall I was impressed with how much of the history of New York was crammed into one book. There were certain groups and characters that I would have liked to hear more about but I enjoyed reading about so many of the things that I teach in US History.
