A true story of the most romantic and least satisfying affair ever.
I read this book before seeing the movie several years ago..The book was fantastic!! However, the movie was just as good enough to stand on its own..Hard to believe a movie with Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwood could be anything besides wonderful!!!
Waller gets carried away with himself. Save time, get the movie.
True love story. Not high literature. Emminently compelling.
I read this book because it seemed like EVERYONE was reading this book. I did get sucked in and read it in a few hours. I have to confess to loving it but still ambiguous about the whole affair. Darn morality issues!
