While I loved Swift's style of writing - I don't think I've highlighted so many quotes in a novel before - the way he repeated so many ideas and parts of stories irritated me. I loved his description of the Fens, but after 6 or 7 times, yeah, I get it, it's "phlegmatic." ...more
