I set down We Need to Talk About Kevin in order to read something a little lighter. Ha. Right. Saturday, McEwan’s previous novel, captivated me. A quite strange novel, very McEwanish, that takes a relationship and analyses it in great detail. It would have served me more if I would have read it when I was in highschool as I needed some hints on how relationships works. I was incapable of understanding anything out of what girls wanted and even more on how they behaved.
