A history of all you ever wanted to know about cancer.
It really is probably a 5-star book but for me right now it was a lot of scientific writing that I wasn't up for. I highly recommend it if you have any interest in cancer, disease, and biological science.

Long, but interesting. I am glad that I watched Ken Burns' film before reading the book - I read the audio book, and the narrator was terrific.
