I enjoyed this, as I do all Jo Nesbo / Harry Hole stories. But it probably didn’t need to be quite as long as it was. Nesbo has a habit on introducing a long of character and plot threads. They can lead you in a lot of directions, where you think you know who the killer is, but in the end some of them are distractions. And there might have been a few more than necessary in this one. I did enjoy the wind up of the Waaler plot, though, since it had been carrying over for 3 books.
