What Members Thought

For me this showed that not only Soviets can think of inhumane detention systems, but there are other people out there that did this. The cruelty that sometimes humans are showing to other human beings is simply bewildering me.
The sole comfort I see here is that the narrator survives by using his imagination and religious belief (the latter to some extent). I feel it is a positive in a sea of negativism.
