What Members Thought
This was a reread for me (a book challenge to reread a childhood favorite), but I have no memories of the book other than it was the beginning of an obsession with big family books. I enjoyed the story as a whole, but was disappointed to read some racist depictions of characters not uncommon in books published in the 1940s. I won't be rereading Bells on Their Toes.
