What Members Thought

this book engrossed me from start to finish. I loved being so close to this shuttered off country of North Korea, and the extreme access this novel offers. This is one of the most profound and interesting novels I have read in a long time. I highly recommend it as a novel, and tour guide to a hidden part of the world.

One of the most fascinating novels I've read in a very long time.
The horror of living under the regime of a madman is told through a varying
narrative structure, at times heartbreaking and at times farcical.
This book will stay with me for a long time. It made me realize that no matter how flawed
our country may be, we can never take our freedoms for granted.
