What Members Thought

The book is a beautiful read. But I was hoping for its Oedipa Mass to be to William Gibson's Cayce Pollard what George Eliot's Casaubon was to Umberto Eco's Casaubon. See, Casaubon was *my* Inverarity. *I* yearned to learn more about Cayce's/Oedipa's heart, and this book does not do that for me. I only found Oedipa's immeasurable solitude in it. I am still searching for the right book, the right story, the right reflection of Cayce, of Oedipa, of me... Book lovers, help?!
