While the author certainly had something to say through the eyes of an eleven year old boy, I'm not sure I quite got it. Obviously the events of 9/11/01 had a profound effect on everyone.

Another book that I may be the last in the world to read. I loved its inventiveness and fell hard for Oskar. I hope his others are as good, and that I find time to read them soon.
Loved it. A bit confusing at the beginning, but all the pieces came together in a beautiful way. I really enjoyed this book.
