Fourth hour, fourth book completed. (Mind you, all my books for the read-a-thon were jump started; I'm not really reading books...I'm finishing them.)

And not just another book completed...another GREAT book completed. I would recommend highly all the books I've read today.

I have been wanting to read this novel for years, and unfortunately, in my opinion, it did not live up to its hype. It is the story of Holly Golightly, who is a free spirit sharing an apartment building with the narrator during the post -WWII years. She has an unconventional life and doesn't always treat people nicely, which is not how I was expecting her character to be, from all I had heard about this story over the years.
