What Members Thought
What I learned from this book: If one uses a cuss word every other sentence, after awhile, the cuss word loses its impact to shock. Also, Texans are delusional and occasionally violent without provocation. Other books nominated for the Booker Prize were better than this one.
A delightfully twisted look at the culture of butt-fuck-nowhere towns in the deep American south, not to mention the nature of media and the law today.
