What Members Thought
I read this as it is part of the 1,001 books to read before you die books. Brutal. Hard to get through, but compelling as you hope for a turnaround to the devastating blows. I had been reluctant to read this as I really wasn't so interested in an exposé of the meat-packing industry in the pre-FDA era.
