2025 Review:
I had this book on a to-read list, and seem to have forgotten that I'd already cleared it off last year. That I made it through 1/2 the book before I realized my error speaks poorly to how closely I read it on the first pass. Giving it a second read, it really is a romantic and quite moving book which I throughly enjoyed. That this comes just after seeing the 1980's movie version made it that much more interesting as the movie was well done.
