What Members Thought
Of all the books I've read in my life so far, this one has had the biggest impact. The rest of the world ignored the genocide in Rwanda, but he stayed and did everything possible to save lives. This is a must read for anyone interested in Rwanda. I didn't stop crying for days after I finished, because of the international indifference of a country in crisis, and the over 800,000 lives lost in 100 days. There is a documentary of the same name in which he goes back to Rwanda for the 10th anniversa
