I really enjoyed this book, I think even more so than Nefertiti. I really felt like I was in ancient Egypt experiencing everything alongside Nertari. I appreciated the 1st person narration of the main character, because you gleaned a much better understanding of the motivations as well as the inner workings of the Egyptian court. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes historical fiction. ...more
