An interesting look at the creeping horror of any disaster, as held up and created by man. An Irish author wrote that God sent the blight (on the potato crops) but that the british created the famine. Authority creates an epidemic; by suppressing or withholding information, misdirecting funds and supplies etc. There was a drought on the African continent, but the horrors of the drought and subsequent annihilation of a large portion of the population was caused by the greed of local warlords and
