The next installment in the Claire and Jamie saga. As usual plenty of action, implausible events and a little bit too much in the way of coincidence - but of course all this means a gripping and entertaining read - I loved it!

I went into this one ready not to like it so much after my experience with Voyager but I really did like it. I liked seeing Jamie and Claire living together and establishing roots. The only thing that leaves me a little unsure is Roger's character but I want to read more and find out.

I think it might be time to stop reading these, and just check out the remaining plot summaries instead.
