What Members Thought
I expect a certain suspension of disbelief when it comes to thrillers, but this one is so far off the map it quickly becomes ridiculous. Honestly, it would have been more plausible as a zombie story given the number of times different characters bounce up like punching dummies from injuries described as mortal mere pages ago. Combined with an investigator that's always right (the guy's catch phrase is "What did I tell you?", for crying out loud), two plotlines that have absolutely nothing to do

WOW... what a page turner that was. Loved the characters and the storyline from the start and could not put this book down. I was guessing who the culprit was right until the climax. If you like murder mysteries this will likely be your best read this year. A total winner in my books. I loved it.
While a typical Scandinavian murder mystery, this book is also about the power of memory, intuition, instinct and how one finds strength in family.
DNF - I just couldn't get into this book no matter how hard I tried.
