I had so much fun following the exploits of Mrs. Pollifax. It did not matter one bit that the political geography of it is completely out of date and that it was not politically correct in the least. I laughed out loud many times, both with Mrs. Pollifax insights and with Johnny's witty comments. I am looking forward to reading more of the series. An unexpected gem. Gray-haired, widowed (sometimes a bit quirky) Mrs. Pollifax pursues her dream to be a spy. Not perfect, but a fun, inventive character.
