Brilliant. This is my favorite book - ever!
It is the first book from the Conqueror series (five books total). The entire series is as amazing as this man. This is a historical fiction so they are inaccuracies in, it's weird to see people rate a book lower based on that. The story begins with (Genghis Khan's) Tamujin's father (Yesugei), before Tamujin was even born.

Very well written as are all Iggulden's novels.

I really enjoyed this book! I received it as a first-reads win, and am so glad that I got it!

I've never read anything by Conn Iggulden before, and this will not be the last book of Iggulden's that I read.

It is a well written book that's exciting to read. It gives a wonderful peek into the early life of Genghis Khan. I was impressed by the fact that not only does he do a great job relating the story of Genghis Khan, but he did a great job of putting all aspects of life into it - survival, childho
