I love historical fiction, and this book did not disappoint. I know it is probably not all that historically accurate, but it gives a wonderful glimpse into the world of ancient Egypt. I enjoyed hearing Nefertiti's sister's story, and how ahead of her time that was (that may have been an inaccuracy, but oh well). The story got a bit repetitive in the middle, but then picked up in the end.
