What Members Thought

Wow, the story is gripping and compelling, and it's so interesting to learn more about Lisbeth Salander. Of course, now I'm dying to read the final novel in this trilogy. My only complaint was the unnecessary length of the book. I'm not opposed to long novels, but this book could have easily lost 100-200 pages, especially the first few chapters.

I picked up this book right before we left for vacation & began reading it within an hour of finishing Suite Francaise. The only thing these 2 books had in common was their European locations & having been written & translated into English. I wasn't sure that this book could hold up to the first one. I was mistaken. A friend gave me this book or I probably wouldn't have bothered to read it. I read the first one and wasn't very impressed but this one kept my attention.
