What Members Thought
A cute book I listened as an audiobook during my commutes, I found this epistolary novel sweet and easy to digest. The five actors playing about ten roles gave the audiobook an old-time radio show feel.
As far as the story went, it was chick lit, though it spared us the descriptions of shoes. I loved the way the story unfolded. My only criticism is that I wish the last 5th of the book had been a little more detailed, or just longer. A great read.
It's obvious that the author was a bookseller--there are lots of moments woven into the story when she introduces us to a writer or tries to convince us that books can save us.

What a surprising, funny, charming read! It was hard to put down and I would definitely recommend it to other readers!
Story told through a series of written letters. One of the best I've read this year! Loved it!
