There is something about Knausgård 's writing that speaks to me. At the end of his seasonal quartet, he takes the essay, dictionary style of Autumn and Winter and combines that with Spring's epistolary style, along with a fictional recounting of a woman in World War II, turning this book and the entire series into something that is way bigger than its parts.
