What Members Thought
I think 2020 has hampered my ability to fall in love with a book completely. I think I had one 5 star book all year. Nevertheless, I wanted to send this review out to my friends. This book was written by the author of the Curious Charms of Arthur Pepper, which I loved. This book reminds me of Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine (although not as tragic), so if you liked either book, I recommend this book to you.
This is easily my favorite book I've read this year. Moving, funny, relatable. How could you not love a book about how stories shape us as much as we shape them? If you love the culture of book love, this one is for you. Ah-mazing.
