Jawbone is a delirious, surrealist hallucination of a novel that crams in so many disparate concepts it's difficult to summarise. Set in an Opus Dei-run private school (so you know it's gonnae be weird from the off), this is a story of obsessions born out of abuse, the boundaries between desire and destruction, and the innate horror of teenage girls.
