I chose this title for my bookclub Bingo card (an audio book with the story set in Europe!)
Even though I usually don’t read thrillers, this was an entertaining and a suspenseful one. I was hooked for the last third of the book and couldn’t put it down. Earlier in the story I guessed Theo and Alicia’s relationship, but dismissed it. The plot is thoughtful and the suspense gripping, a well-written psychological thriller in deed!

I was feeling a bit smug as I thought that I had this one all figured out. I really like it when I am wrong. The 4 stars are because I stayed interested enough to read this quickly and the twist. Some of the story (especially the last 15%) was not that great and I did a few eye rolls but overall, a good psychological thriller.

Wow, was this an intense thriller. Couldn't stop reading, finished in 4 hours. There is a very surprising twist at the end that I definitely did not see coming.
