What Members Thought

The characters all feel a little lost, like they've all forgotten their core motivations. Any series can sag in the middle, but these frequently feel like all new people when compared to the originally triology. Maybe I'm extra critical since I've read them all back to back. I complained about the jumble of plot lines in the first books but they did allow for in depth character development that is lacking here. I keep thinking that dangling bits from the third book should be picked up and added

It's too paint by the numbers and the weakest of the 5 in terms of plot and suspense. I did like the premise of Lisbeth in jail and the eulogy in the end.
