Wow! This book opened my eyes to the opioid epidemic. The author does a good job bringing all elements of this homegrown disaster; the addicts, the dealers, the parents, the doctors, the drug companies (looking at you Purdue Pharma), law enforcement, the rehab facilities, the media, the politics, the prison system, the health care systems - all on the front lines of this war.
