To be honest, I actually didn't have high hopes for this book. I had started it a few months ago and wasn't completely drawn in. It seemed a bit like the author was trying to write the new Bridge Jones' Diary (which is a book and movie series that I absolutely love) so I put it down. Then a friend who's book taste I admire mentioned that she had really enjoyed it so I thought to give it another try only this time, I opted for the audio version. Are you ready? … I LOVED IT!!

An unconventional modern day romance set in London. Chosen as part of Reese Witherspoon's book club, I can see a future film in the making for this story. It's realistic and enjoyable. Love is not a straight and narrow or an easy path as this book illustrates.
