It's not as beautiful as Glass Castle, or as melancholy as Tuesdays with Morrie. But Tara Westover has successfully mesmerized me with her story. A true story that feels weirder than fiction. Moreover, it happened in modern day America!!

This memoir is a gripping tale of self discovery and questioning your own view of reality versus what you've always been taught. I really recommend everyone read this book.
