Although this is not a book that one actually 'likes' because of its content, I am glad I read it. I work with immigrants, teaching English to adults, and I am just horrified with what is happening not only at our borders, but all over our land. The people I work with are wonderful, harder-working than many people born here (at least in my county) and willing to do jobs nobody else wants, and who just want a peaceful life. The Story

A young man graduates from college where his major was international relations and where he developed an interest in border politics and joins the border patrol. He discovers that life isn’t fair, that decent people get hurt, and that bad guys often do win.
