This is such a compelling, tragic story! It’s the true experiences of young women who worked painting watches with radium-laced paint, so the numbers would glow. Partially due to ignorance and partly due to a cover-up by the companies, these girls were exposed to large amounts of radium, especially due to the practice of lip-pointing the brush.
