A surprisingly sweet book about life, death, and life after death.
Unlike Telgemeier's other graphic novels, this one didn't feel autobiographical, and that is its weakness. She clearly has an Important Message to convey here, rather than telling a true-to-life everyday story that would be more heartfelt and moving. This book isn't bad, it's just got no heart. ...more
