This was really good. It's well written, keeps you engaged throughout, creative in terms of mixing fantasy and Nigerian mythology and I love the reason the author wrote this book.
The story is about a girl name Zelie. She's from a line of magi and is up against a king who wants to destroy all magic. Zelie is actually one of my less likable characters but it works well in this.
