Wow...
This book is not for the faint of mind. The characters richly complex and deeply educated make this story a work of art. Expertly wound together to form a story unlike any other I have read. If you are not a history buff or an avid reader this book might be slow and confusing but if you have tired of reading empty novels with trite endings try this. You will not be disappointed.

I really enjoyed this book. It’s one of those stories where you grieve a little as you come to the end, because you’re going to miss the company of the characters. It’s such a wonderful combination of mystery and historical fiction with a bit of a love story thrown in for good measure. And with a twist at the end that I didn’t see coming.
