What Members Thought
A rare weaker outing from Crais - the suspension of disbelief required to even begin to get into the plot is pretty high, which undercuts Crais's great strength as a (generally) reality-based writer. Good for a lot of whiz-bang action and derring-do, but missing the emotional realism that highlights his best work.
