Super easy read, but I think the audiobook made it that way. Hearing Jo and Chip read it made it like an extended version of the show.
Read this to research branding techniques in reality tv series. Always enjoyed the show. 4.5 Stars! I really love Fixer Upper and I loved the book. I love how they look to God and try their best. I love how she figures out “thriving”, not just “surviving”. I love how Jo’s style evolved to be more than just beautiful, but also a place where kids can play and everyone can feel at home. I love how Chip and Jo’s opposite natures bring out the best in each other. It’s a great quick read!

Aw. That was sweet. I'm surprised that I liked that so much. I don't watch much TV and now in Japan I don't have access to these programs but visits home this past year have involved crazy late night hours with babe watching recordings of home reno shows with my mom.
