What Members Thought

Interesting take on the difficulty in approaching climate change in the novel. Interesting contrast to Rushdie's essays on the types of novels. Rushdie's magical realism seems suited to the task, particularly as Ghosh points out Ballard, Vonnegut, Atwood, and T.C. Boyle all address climate change in their work.
