Well done, Nathalia Holt! A wonderful overview of early space exploration efforts at the jet propulsion laboratory told from the perspective of the many women who did the calculations and mentored each other. The book is very readable and quite informative too. It was a pleasure to read this book.

Not only a brief history of the aerospace program but a look at feminists who were successful in their campaign for equal rights with men, but did it in a most abstrusive and successful way.
