I honestly can't say whether fans of the Little Hous books will want to read this or not. The author has meticulously researched the collaboration through which Laura Ingalls Wilder and her daughter, Rose Wilder Lane created the books. Woodside makes a strong case that part of Lane's contribution to the books was the development of libertarian themes throughout the plots and frameworks of the stories.
